"Grand Prix Boursoscan 2010": Air Liquide, the individual shareholders' favorite Company

The 9th edition of the “Grand Prix Boursoscan” has highlighted shareholders’ expectations concerning quoted companies’ international development and sustainable development policy.

Boursorama, a financial information website in France, and OpinionWay, a survey agency conducted this year again, a study on quoted companies and their image perceived by investors. During the 2010 edition, carried out in May and June, 120 quoted companies (SBF 120) were evaluated by nearly 7,500 Internet users. Air Liquide received the 1st prize and stands out as the best company by shareholders on all criteria.

2010 Bonus share allocation

May 28, 2010: allocation of one bonus share for every 15 shares held.

Shares purchased on May 27, 2010 at the latest, benefit from the allocation of bonus shares.

Thanks to the loyalty bonus, the number of bonus shares allocated is increased by 10% for every registered shares kept from December 31, 2007 until May 27,2010 included .
