SPRAL™ is a range of coating gases for conventional processes wire coatings or for High Velocity Oxy-Fuel and Plasma coatings.

In particular for numerous applications SPRAL™ 22 helps to improve the powder efficiency and to decrease so the overall costs per coated piece.

The SPRAL™ offer is completed by a customer dedicated expert team, optimised gas distribution systems (especially for high pressure LPG's or high pressure oxygen ), expertise and global solutions as for example CO2 cooling.

The CO2 cooling (patent pending for the nozzles) provides a coating deposit at very low porosity level , improves hardness ( less cracking sensivity) and enables to reach high thickness deposits .
