Air Liquide proposes to students who are graduating or taking a gap year to carry out 9-24 month assignements throughout the world in the Group's different sectors.
What is a VIE at Air Liquide?
The objective of the International Volunteer Program (VIE) is to provide students with a unique international experience with real responsibilities for an extended period of time. The 30 VIE that Air Liquide choose each year are diverse, from different cultures, backgrounds, and disciplines. 
This program shows the importance Air Liquide places on employee development and our pipeline of talent. Our presence in over 80 countries offers VIE students with assignments that provide value at an international level. Both the student and the Air Liquide subsidiary will gain from the partnership.
Recent university graduates returning from a VIE contract enable Air Liquide to tap into new talent.

Would you like to leave on an Air Liquide VIE assignment?
You are motivated, open to an international experience, autonomous, reactive and ready to take on responsibilities: you have very good knowledge of English and perhaps the language of the country you’ll work in. You are under 28 years of age, you have graduated or are in your last year of higher education and you are a resident of the European Economic Space.
