The Human Resources function aims to help to set up the Group's strategy in our business lines, geographic zones and corporate functions.
Main objectives: to know the employees, to anticipate the needs in terms of skills and competencies, and to match these needs with the profiles that are identified.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining a relationship of trust with the Company's applicants, employees, shareholders and partners, relying on the values of trust and transparency specific to the Group
