Air Liquide offers students the opportunity to get to know its businesses and careers through varied experiences such as the International Volunteer Program (VIE) or an internship.
Air Liquide maintains long-term relationships with schools, a way of allowing students to communicate with the business world.
Air Liquide regularly meets students during forums, roundtables, lectures and even onsite visits. The Group also takes part in teaching programs with employees who participate in courses and is on several selection juries. These actions facilitate exchanges between the Group and students.
Through many actions carried out each year at more than 70 institutes of higher education throughout the world (engineering schools, business schools, universities…), Air Liquide has been able to propose many short and longerterm assignments at the Group: internships, VIE, first jobs, etc. Moreover, several actions are conducted locally that offer specialized training.
In several universities, Air Liquide also organizes simulated interviews, offers assistance with research theses and sponsors student groups on various industrial projects.
