In line with the Group’s development strategy in China, Air Liquide Hangzhou, Ltd., a major engineering and construction center in China, recruited 193 new employees in 2007.
Air Liquide Hangzhou has planned to recruit 195 new personnel this year to reach a total of 650 employees at the end of 2008. To maintain its development speed in China, Air Liquide Hangzhou has decided to focus on its human resources management: data base, interviews, talent management, sponsoring program, training. The stress is being put on the career management and integration of new employees.
In order to best inform and integrate new employees, the Human Resources Department in China organized many meetings in April and May 2008 with themes like: “How to successfully integrate the Company”, “How to manage pressure”, etc. The employees also received information on the Group, its ambitions and its future developments.
Integration and information transmission are thus the creed of our subsidiary in Hangzhou.
