Learning during an internship: Air Liquide Brazil  [ Return towards  HR news  ]

Since March 2008, Air Liquide Brazil has decided to offer each year 40 assignments to Brazilian students in technical institutions or universities. These internships are for last-year students in technical programs and first-year university students.

“The main challenge of this program is to recruit students each year and offer them to possibility of being hired at the end of their internship,” explains Dileusa Rodrigues, of the HR Department. “Our goal is to hire 80% of the students and to reach this goal, we’ve restructured the program and formed a partnership with the C.I.A. De Talentos / DM Desenvolvimento, a consulting firm specializing in talent development.”
