Our values: Air Liquide Spain awarded  [ Return towards  HR news  ]

Among the 250 companies studied, 63 were honored for their human resources policy. Air Liquide Spain was awarded this title in 2007!

Reflecting the image of the Group’s values illustrated in our section Our social commitment, Air Liquide Spain has obtained excellent results in the following four areas:

• Corporate environment and culture: communication, transparency, employee commitment and professional ethics;
• Talent development: motivation, training and career planning;
• Working conditions: salaries, safety conditions and balance between professional/private life;
• Social commitment: diversity, social development, integration and environmental commitment.

So Air Liquide Spain will benefit for one year from the title “Top Employer”. This award had major repercussions for Air Liquide in the Spanish press and considerable impact on job forums: over 12,000 professionals (graduates and employees) took part in these events.
