Encouraging each individual's development

Air Liquide places great importance on its employees’ professional and personal development. An annual performance evaluation meeting allows each employee and his or her manager to review his or her situation, using a method that has been harmonized worldwide and is based on homogeneous criteria. In four years, the percentage of employees who had this type of meeting rose from 60 to 72%.

Motivating and getting people involved

The Group promotes motivating and involving all its employees through:
