Air Liquide believes that the diversity of its teams must reflect that of its applications and customers. This diversity is one of the critical assets of the Group.

Diversity in all its forms

Convinced that diversity is the source of creativity and dynamism, Air Liquide practices it in every area: nationalities, men/women, competencies, experience, career paths and so on.
As for the balance of responsibilities between men and women, for example, the efforts Air Liquide has been making for the last several years have borne fruit: women represent nearly 20% of all engineers and managers on the worldwide level and 30% of all new hires in this category.

With a presence in 75 countries, the diversity of cultures is also a reality: the Group’s 200 executive managers, for example, come from 22 different countries and 85% have international experience.
