Air Liquide University provides many of the company’s employees with access to training.
The university implements a two-pronged approach to training, involving building transversal programs and establishing a common frame of reference. With a view to achieving the company’s strategic priorities, it also helps foster and extend the Group’s culture and the development of worldwide networks of managers and experts across all of its lines of business.
Since its foundation in 2009, Air Liquide University was responsible for training about 3,000 employees.
