After working on an optimization project of cylinders’ supply chain and leading a plant, he now measures daily the success of Air Liquide industrial programs all over the world.
Analysing operational costs and industrial efficiencies ![]()
What has you career path been at Air Liquide ?
I was looking for a company that provided a lasting and international career. I thus joined Air Liquide in the ALLEX Program to gain a broad experience of the Group’s products and services. I began working in the US on an optimization project, which evolved to become the American total supply chain tracking system we use for cylinders. This success afforded an opportunity to become a plant manager where the challenge to manage a team, while maintaining Air Liquide’s focus on safety, was extremely rewarding.
What is your current position ?
Settled in Paris, I’m currently the Industrial Reporting Manager in the Industrial Merchant field. This involves analyzing operational costs and efficiencies at a global level. We provide a consistent and accurate benchmark to measure the success of country-level, zone-level and global programs aimed at the continued improvement of our operations. Additionally, I provide support to the countries in their own internal reporting schemes to ensure they are aligned with Group objectives.
Why is Air Liquide different ?
I’ve really had a wide range of opportunities. Air Liquide rewards those who are willing to take on new challenges and, more importantly, prove they have the capacity to succeed in whatever task they are given. Even outside my degreed area of expertise, I have been able to take on new responsibilities and given the support I needed to be successful!
