Developing healthcare products with a focus on customer satisfaction

Why did you join Air Liquide ?
With my experience as a Doctor and small business owner, Air Liquide was a necessary career progression, where I could challenge myself in corporate environment while leveraging my academic preparation, professional background, and most importantly my career growth aspirations. So I joined Air Liquide in the Healthcare division where I was in charge of sales of laboratory products.

What are your daily missions ?
Today I hold the position of Healthcare Division Manager at Air Liquide Morocco. My mission includes overseeing the sales and profit development of our healthcare product ranges: medical gases and services, medical gas pipeline systems and medical equipment. Our customers are mainly public and private hospitals. My daily activities include sales force and back office team management and monitoring the implementation of the different action plans (marketing, communication, safety) with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. I also make sure to build up long-term commercial relationships with key customers and develop strong network with key opinion leaders.

What have you learned from your experience ?
Knowing that the company I represent and the products I market help save lives brings meaning and fulfillment in my professional life. On a daily basis, dealing with new issues and unplanned challenges makes work rewarding. Finally, yet most importantly, collaborating with competent professionals allows me to continuously learn and grow, and provides me with the impetus to pay it forward by leading my team members. I have also learned that perseverance, resilience and commitment to quality and performance are highly valued at Air Liquide.
