Most chemical and petrochemical plants need steam and electricity for their processes. Very often, a company uses its own steam and electricity production capacity. In the majority of cases, these power plants are not optimized and do not work to their full potential because of ageing equipment and the need for over-capacity for the return of steam and so on.

We can help you save energy and reduce costs for all the partners by optimising the overall energy needs of the whole basin, creating synergies between the sites and analyzing total energy capacity and requirements.
For example, we can invest in pipeline networks so as to take steam from one site to another, thus making the most of existing capacity and allowing us to take redundant equipment out of service.

A ONE-TO-ONE solution

In contrast to most of the large independent energy producers and distributors, all our solutions are geared to ensuring that you have a reliable long-term supply of steam at low price.
We treat and optimize each case according to its own context, in response to industrial objectives.
We can also contribute directly to optimizing the industrial solution, by buying part of the electricity output to satisfy our own energy requirements, which are considerable.

At the present time, we manage and optimize energy on 14 large petrochemical sites for a total of more than 1300 MW; we supply some 3,000 tonnes of steam per hour, in addition to other utilities such as electricity, treated water and refrigeration.
