The Foundation provides an intervention framework for these initiatives and makes it possible to grant resources to the projects presented to it and that correspond to these missions.

With a budget of nearly 3 million euros over 5 years, the Air Liquide Foundation’s ambition is international and it wishes to accompany projects in the countries where the Group is present.

In keeping with its sustainable development approach, Air Liquide has decided to focus it’s Foundation’s action on three sectors in which the Group through its actions and presence is closely involved.

Environment: supporting scientific research for the preservation of our planet’s atmosphere.

Healthcare/Respiration: supporting scientific research on the human respiratory function, in particular in medicine and exploration (space, deep-sea diving, sports).

Support for micro-initiative encouraging local actions in the regions of the world where the Group is present, mainly in education, training and medical emergencies.
