Code of conduct [ Return towards Ethics ]
The Group’s entities implement local employee codes of conduct. These codes of conduct are intended for all the employees of these entities to help them develop their activities while respecting the Group’s ethical values.
These employee codes of conduct, in compliance with local uses and regulations, are based on 10 fundamental themes they all have in common:
- Respect for laws and regulations;
- Respect for men and women;
- Respect for the environment;
- Respect for competition law;
- Respect for rules on insider trading;
- Prevention of conflicts of interest;
- Protection of Air Liquide’s activities;
- Transparency and completeness of information;
- Internal control and audit;
- Implementation of codes of conduct.
In addition, certain functions have created guides and codes detailing their operating principles in their specific area: a code of conduct concerning the respect for competition law, an anti-corruption code, a purchasing code of conduct and so on.
