Application of gases in your activity involves the following equipments, optimized by Air Liquide and its partners.

Crust flow-S

CRUST FLOW™ S equipment is designed to crust food products by spraying with liquid nitrogen for a short time.

Crust-flow-P

This device is used for the crusting of fragile, deformable and sticky products. The product transits on a polyester belt impregnated with liquid nitrogen which forms a crust on the underside of the product in a few tenths of a second. A spray manifold is used to simultaneously crust the top of the product.

Control the cold, using SILVERSAS™ Cryogenic cooling or freezing cabinetsSILVERSAS™ cabinets operate with controlled injection of cryogenic fluids: liquid nitrogen (LN2) or carbon dioxide (CO2).

Cryomix

Zip-Roll

ZIP ROLL™ • Design Zip Roll™ equipment is used to freeze bulk-cut, thinly-sliced or small-sized products. It has been designed to be integrated into production lines to individualize bulk-loaded products.

Crust flow-V

This is particularly suited to crusting and fully quick-freezing small products such as meat and cheese cubes, ground meat and sea food. It can also be used for IQF subcooling of products prior to icing. Crust Flow V™ comprises an insulated vibrating conveyor on which a film of liquid nitrogen very rapidly chills and individually crusts products. A system for recycling the liquid nitrogen reduces consumption to a minimum.
