CRUST FLOW™ S is newly patented liquid N2 equipment representing a process innovation in its ability to work continuously with a high rate of production.

CRUST FLOW™ S is made up of a horizontal conveyor placed in a ventilated, liquid N2 chilled box. Products are loaded automatically and individually. After treatment, they are unloaded for further operation (slicing).
