Crust flow-V  [ Return towards  Equipment  ]

This is particularly suited to crusting and fully quick-freezing small products such as meat and cheese cubes, ground meat and sea food. It can also be used for IQF subcooling of products prior to icing. Crust Flow V™ comprises an insulated vibrating conveyor on which a film of liquid nitrogen very rapidly chills and individually crusts products. A system for recycling the liquid nitrogen reduces consumption to a minimum.

Crust Flow V™ preserves the quality of your products while preventing sticking (IQF quality).

• Performance

Consumption is less than 2 l per kg for an output of 0.1 to 1.2 tons of products per hour.
