• Operating

 The equipment will process soft, extruded and mixed products. Products are loaded on the side of Zip Roll™ and fall directly into a perforated tumbler. Due to the tumbler rotation, they are carried and mixed in a CO2 chilled atmosphere. They emerge at the other end of Zip Roll™.

Tumbler movement enables products not to stick and to be well frozen due to efficient and quick thermal exchange.
