• ALPHAGAZ™ 1 for %-level analyses to 10 ppm level
• ALPHAGAZ™ 2 for high precision analysis ppm and below

ALPHAGAZ™ 1000 Pure liquefied gases

• Applications : ICP, ICP-MS, LC-MS
• Supply method : ranger (dewar, liquid gas container)
• Liquid pure gases : argon, helium, nitrogen
• Specifications : H2O < 3 ppm, O2 < 2 ppm, CnHm < 0.5 ppm
