Air Separation Units, by cryogenic rectification, can produce oxygen, nitrogen, argon, rare gases. Tailor-made plants are designed for the specific requirements of each customer, depending on the market and the related application. Oxygen production capacities can vary from around 100 TPD to over 2500 TPD.
Cryogenic rectification is the only technology available for producing large volumes of oxygen (and/or nitrogen). This technology, known for more than 100 years, continues to improve as markets grow: Coal transformation into chemical products or into energy (CTC, CTL...), and CO2 Capture and Storage. Oxygen production capacities can vary from around 2 500 TPD to over 40 000 TPD.
