Your applications and related gas specifications are extremely important. Proper selection and assembly of your equipment can preserve the integrity of your gas analysis results
High purity gas delivery systems may be contaminated through incompatible materials or materials permeable to gases, faulty seals, or by entry of air or impurities: moisture, dust, etc while connecting or changing the cylinder.
AIR LIQUIDE offers a full range of equipment for the handling of pure gases and mixtures. Our equipment is designed for high-purity gases and calibration mixtures. Best features include: electropolishing walls, reduced dead space, butt-welded fittings... All ALPHAGAZ™ equipment for pure gases and mixtures is helium leak-tested with a mass spectrometer to: 3.10-7 to 10-9 mbar.l/s of helium for ALPHAGAZ™ 2, 10-6 mbar.l/s of helium for ALPHAGAZ™ 1.
Cylinder regulators : Pressure regulators, more commonly called "regulators" are devices that lower the pressure of a gas to a stabilized value. This reduced pressure is to be kept constant for a range of given flow rates, even if the gas source pressure is variable (case of a cylinder).
Shutoff valve : used to open, close, or isolate a circuit.
Flow Control valves: used to regulate the flow of your gas delivery system.
Pressure regulators : used to lower the pressure of a gas to a stabilized value.
Drain tee : Purges provide safety by preventing the release of toxic or corrosive gases into the workplace when changing cylinders, corrosion resistance by preventing corrosive or halogen gases from coming into contact with atmospheric moisture, and purity by preventing air from infiltrating high purity systems at the time of cylinder change.
High quality installations: To preserve the gas quality up to the point of use, Air Liquide can provide you the right installation in relation to your needs, the gas quality and the critical impurities to avoid.
