Most our customers generally turn toward liquid nitrogen when they need to achieve a fast cooling within their process. It is a current stage in powders treatment, for instance, prior to their conditioning.

The manufacture of modern detergent powders and new chemical formulas request a rigorous temperatures control. Indeed, some additives begin to deteriorate as soon as the temperature passes 30°C. It is therefore important that the powder remains at a maximum temperature of +28°C/+29°C before the incorporation of the specific product.

Besides, in summer when the air is hot or merely when the manufacturing unit needs to produce more, the cooling system is often insufficient or a limiting step. That is the reason why a fast cooling with liquid nitrogen injection to the heart of the process is important.
