ALDYNE successfully replaces a conventional liquid primer coating by applying to your plastic substrates a molecular layer that is capable to chemically react and form stable interfaces with commercial formulations of either water-based, solvent-based or UV/EB-curable inks, varnishes and adhesives.

ALDYNE uses dense filamentary electrical discharges created in fully controlled specific cost effective gaseous mixtures at atmospheric pressure, controlling the properties of the surface of your substrates.

ALDYNE will therefore replace the conventional Air Corona surface treatment and liquid primer coating by a cost and quality efficient one single step process, conferring to your products improved characteristics and preparation for their converting process.
