2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders [ Return towards  Shareholders  ]

Air Liquide has received the “AGM of the Year” award for companies in the CAC 40 market index of France’s leading listed companies.

This prize goes to the company whose AGM reflects the best practices, judged on the basis of more than 80 criteria covering 10 key themes, namely: the pedagogical nature of presentations, the approach taken to presenting the annual results, explanation of the strategy and business activities, societal and environmental responsibility, corporate governance, remuneration of corporate officers, risk management, financial strategy, presentation of resolutions for voting, and the quality of debate.
