The Shareholders’ Communication Committee

A true pioneer, Air Liquide was the first company to establish a committee composed of shareholders in 1987. The purpose of the Shareholders’ Communication Committee (SCC) is to make proposals to improve the relationship between Air Liquide and its shareholders. Learn about the Committee members and how to join them.

The mission of the SCC is to represent Air Liquide shareholders and relay their expectations and questions to the Group’s management.

The Committee, which meets three times a year, is chaired by Chairman and CEO Benoît Potier. It is composed of 12 shareholders, appointed for three non-renewable years, who reflect the diversity of Air Liquide’s individual shareholders.
