Once you have connected to your online share account, you can:

1. access relevant information directly and, if necessary, change your personal details via a form,
2. consult documents that are useful to managing your direct registered shares,
3. place stock orders,
4. view real-time transactions for your account.

Click on “Access my account,” and provide your:

• Air Liquide shareholder ID, which appears on all of your account documents,
• login, which is found on your personalized card contained in the information letter sent to you by mail,
• e-mail address.

Once you have accessed your online account:

1. click on “Get my new password”,
2. enter your login, which can be found on the card contained in the letter sent to you by mail,
3. enter your shareholder ID, which can be found on all your Air Liquide account documents,
4. enter your e-mail address,
5. click on "validate"!

A password will be sent to you automatically via secure email. It will be valid for 15 days, so it must be personalized quickly.
As soon as you receive your password, you will be able to access your account online by clicking on “Access my account”.
