How to get intermediary registered shares ?  [ Return towards  It is so easy to become shareholder !  ]

- You don't hold Air Liquide shares yet:

 First place a buy order at your bank.

 

- You hold Air Liquide shares or the shares you have bought are in securities account:

1. Forward the form “Conversion to intermediary registered shares” to your bank.


2. Your bank will then request registration from Air Liquide while continuing to manage your account.
This transfer is generally made free of charge.


Note: Conversion to registered form has no impact on taxation.

The advantages of intermediary registered shares:

• you don’t change your habits: you keep the same securities account, including PEAs,
and the same contact at the bank,
• you benefit from the bonus dividend that increases dividends, as well as a 10%
bonus on bonus shares, provided you have held your shares for two calendar years,
• you receive information and the invitation to the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders directly from Air Liquide,
• you benefit from direct contact with Shareholder Services.
