Dividend paid in 2011

Following the approval of the Shareholders' Meeting on May 4, 2011, dividends distributed for fiscal year 2010 amount to € 2.35 per share. By distributing nearly 50% of its net profit in dividends over the years, Air Liquide has demonstrated its desire to share its growth with its shareholders.
