State the following information:
- whether buy or sell,
- number of shares,
- validity period for the order: unless stated otherwise, orders are automatically valid until the end of the calendar month, but may be cancelled during the validity period,
- price conditions: limited price, best limited price, or market price.
- For buy orders:
Send a certified check in euros, payable to the brokerage firm ProCapital, for 25% of the amount of your purchase exceeding the number of direct registered shares you already hold.

FAQ
How long does it take?
Your order is sent by secure Internet connection to ProCapital for immediate execution. When selling direct registered shares, the conversion to bearer shares is performed at the same time as the order is sent to the brokerage firm.

Settlement
On executing your order, ProCapital sends you a statement with the terms of the transaction, the charges and the means of payment (by check). Settlement and share transfer generally take place 3 working days after the order is executed.

- Brokerage fees: 0.30% of the gross amount of the transaction,

Subject to VAT at the rate of 19.6%. Air Liquide Shareholder Services charges no fees for its services.
