- This form can only be used to transfer shares that are not held in a French PEA* account. Once completed, please return it to your financial intermediary who will forward the shares to us via the Securities Services Department and Euroclear.
(* PEA is a special tax-free plan restricted to individuals taxed in France).
The transfer process can take as long as 2 to 3 weeks during busy periods. Once we have received your shares we will automatically open an “identifiant” (account) for you, using the details supplied.
- As soon as your shares have been registered we send an “Avis d’entrée de titres” (statement of credit) and a form called “Revenus de Capitaux Mobiliers”. This form complies with French legal requirements concerning the tax status of shareholders and should be returned to us completed, accompanied by your bank identification details for payment purposes.
- If you already have a registered account with us and you wish to transfer additional shares to it, please indicate the number. This form may also be used to transfer shares currently registered but held by you financial intermediary. Please keep us regularly informed of any status or address changes made, so that we can update your file and ensure that any information to be communicated arrives successfully .
