The Shareholders’ Communication Committee

In 1987, Air Liquide became the first company to create a Shareholder Communication Committee, a real strength when it comes to assessing and suggesting ways to improve the quality of the relationship between Air Liquide and its individual shareholders.

The Committee comprises 12 shareholders and is chaired by Benoît Potier, Chairman and CEO.

Representing the shareholders – their aspirations, their concerns – committee members provide an essential asset: they are the link between Air Liquide and its shareholders, in particular thanks to their regional presence.

Individual shareholding is the Committee’s core concern.
