Shareholders’ Committee

The Committee comprises 12 shareholders and is chaired by Benoît Potier, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Representing the shareholders – their aspirations, their concerns – committee members provide an essential asset : they are the link between Air Liquide and its shareholders, in particular thanks to their regional presence.

The individual shareholding is the Committee’s core concern.
