1. Download, complete and sign the account agreement (or joint account agreement) and a mandate if necessary. 

2. Complete your application by attaching the following documents:

• For each shareholder, co-shareholder, legal representative or agent:
  - photocopy of both sides of a valid ID (national ID card or passport), or for minors, a photocopy of your family register
  - photocopy of proof of address dating less than 3 months (utility or phone bill)

• Your basic bank account information (provided by your bank)
• Your completed purchase order
•  A deposit check, payable to the brokerage firm PROCAPITAL, of 25% of the total amount of your purchase. The check will be cashed upon execution of the order.
