LinkedIn launched the Influencers program in 2012, allowing a selection of 500 leaders worldwide - from Jeff Immelt (General Electric) and Mary Barra (General Motors) to Carlos Ghosn (Renault) and Patrick Pouyanné (Total) - to share original content directly with the network’s users.
