Shosholoza, our program for local talent
The Shosholoza program (meaning “moving forward” in Zulu) was initiated by Air Liquide in order to recruit and develop young candidates, who might become managers of tomorrow. We have launched this program in Ghana since 2014, and started selecting students in the most recognized universities. They will then have the opportunity to join Air Liquide for a two-year program.
The Shosholoza program is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to learn quickly how the company functions, to handle responsibilities, to create a professional network, and to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
