Air Liquide in Kazakhstan

Air Liquide Munay Tech Gases LLP (ALMTG) is a joint venture between Air Liquide S.A. and NC KazMunayGas (KMG), the Kazakhstan Oil and Gas company. The headquarters of the company are located in Nur-Sultan. Currently the company employs around 160 people. Since 2018, ALMTG has been supplying hydrogen to KMG’s refinery in Pavlodar and since 2020, nitrogen. Since March 1, 2021, ALMTG has been supplying hydrogen and nitrogen to the largest oil refinery in Kazakhstan - Atyrau Oil Refinery. ALMTG has also successfully built a new production unit to supply nitrogen to Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries (KPI) in the new petrochemical complex in Karabatan, near Atyrau, north of the Caspian sea.
