2022 Annual General Meeting preparation checklist

Published on April 20, 2022

After two years of dialing in remotely, we are pleased to be able to organize the 2022 Annual General Meeting in person on May 4 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, and we hope that you will be able to join us. The key event in the Shareholders’ calendar, the Annual General Meeting is an opportunity to hear about the Group’s highlights for 2021 and to have your say in important decisions for the Group by voting on the resolutions. To make the most of this opportunity without forgetting anything, plan or complete the following actions before May 4.

Registered Shareholders voting on the resolutions before the Annual General Meeting

1. Vote on the resolutions:

  • Online via your Shareholder Portal between April 11 and May 3
  • Via the form sent to your home address, to be returned to Air Liquide before April 30

2. To attend the Annual General Meeting in person, having voted in advance of the Assembly, request your access card online via your Shareholder Portal. You can choose whether to receive this by postal mail or email. If you choose to receive it by email, you can print it or show a digital version.
