Different shareholding options

Choosing between direct registered, intermediary registered or bearer shares is a personal decision.

Let us present you the features and advantages of these shareholding options.

Intermediary registered shares

To obtain the advantages of registered shares while keeping the management of your portfolio with your financial intermediary, your securities account or your PEA, you can opt for intermediary registered shares.

You benefit from:

  • loyalty bonus if you hold your shares for more than two full calendar years,
  • a direct relationship with Shareholder Services, which updates you on all Group news.

Direct registered shares

By opting for direct registered shares:

  • your shares are eligible for the loyalty bonus,
  • the dividend is paid directly to your bank account,
  • broker fees are only 0.18% (pre-tax) of the total transaction amount, with no minimum,
  • your Air Liquide securities are transferred to an account with Shareholder Services and you incur no handling or management fees.

You also receive customized services:

  • the Shareholder Services team is your partner for all your operations,
  • you can follow your accounts live and send your trading orders from your personal online share account,
  • you are directly updated on all Group news and relevant shareholder information.
