Shareholders holding direct registered shares for more than two full calendar years benefit from the loyalty bonus. With the loyalty bonus, the amount of dividends and the number of free shares attributed is increased by 10%.

If you register or convert your shares before December 31, 2013, you will benefit from the loyalty bonus beginning in 2016 (subject to the decision taken at the Combined Shareholders’ Meeting on the distribution of dividends and free shares).

To qualify for the loyalty bonus, you must:

• convert your shares to direct registered orintermediary registered shares, or purchase direct registered or intermediary registered shares,
• hold your shares for more than 2 full calendar years,
• continue to hold your shares on the day of payment of dividends and bonus shares.

That’s all: simply hold your shares for more than 2 full calendar years to obtain a 10% increase on your dividend and bonus shares.

Please remember that in the case of sale, registered shares are converted into bearer shares and thus lose their rights to the loyalty bonus. Be careful about "sale-purchase" operations.

As part of an inheritance, gift or donation to a spouse or relative, the loyalty bonus attached to the Air Liquide shares is retained.
