Air Liquide Foundation and Societal Programs

Jean-Marc de Royere, executive committee member in charge of the societal programs and Chairman of the Air Liquide Foundation, announced his decision to pursue new opportunities outside the Group.

In this context, a replacement for Jean-Marc de Royere as Chairman of the Foundation will be submitted for approval to the Board of Directors of the Foundation. His missions within the Executive Committee as Societal Programs Directeur (including his role as Chairman of Access Oxygen SAS) will be pursued within the Sustainable Development Department.

Jean-Marc de Royere joined the Air Liquide Group in 1990, and over the past three decades, he held numerous development and management roles in France and abroad, before he became the Chairman of the Foundation.
