With its 35 years of experience, the Shareholders' Communication Committee (SCC) aims to establish regular exchanges between the 12 members representing Shareholders, the Group's Chairman and the Air Liquide teams in charge of Shareholders.
The members of the Shareholders’ Communication Committee participate in certain communication projects and make proposals to develop communication formats. They are the spokesperson for our close to 750,000 individual Shareholders.
The Committee is chaired by Benoît Potier, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and meets in plenary session three times a year. Each member is appointed for a non-renewable three-year term.
Shareholder members of the SCC commit to active participation, to be present at the 3 annual meetings and to contribute to different working groups.
