Shareholders' Communication Committee

What are the Committee's missions?

The Shareholder Communication Committee (SCC) promotes regular exchanges between 12 Shareholders representing the diversity of Air Liquide's individual Shareholder base and Group management. Members participate in communication projects and make proposals to develop formats and media aimed at our community of individual Shareholders. Ad hoc working groups can be set up to deal with topical issues, enabling members to become more directly involved. The Committee ensures regular, ongoing exchanges with individual Shareholders, enabling their ideas and initiatives to be incorporated into the Group's communications aimed at them.

The Committee is chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, currently Benoît Potier, and meets in plenary session three times a year. Each member is appointed for a non-renewable three-year term.

Shareholder members of the CCA commit to active participation, which includes attending the three annual meetings and contributing to certain working groups.

Conditions to join the Committee

If you wish to join the Committee, you must:

• Hold at least 1 Air Liquide share, regardless of how you hold them, either with Air Liquide (direct registered shares) or with your bank (intermediary registered shares or bearer shares*);
• Be over 18 years of age;
• Wish to actively contribute to the evolution of Air Liquide's communication with its Shareholders;
• Commit to respect the rules (document in French only).
