Air Liquide's employees can volunteer through a structured and engaging program called Citizen at Work.

To celebrate International Women’s Day on 8 March, Air Liquide gives a voice to several of its talented female employees. By sharing their experiences, they can inspire women to seize new opportunities throughout the Group, particularly in the engineering roles.

As 2024 will be a year of sports for Air Liquide, we are dedicated to showcasing the transformative power of sports in fostering professional development, through the stories of employees who have cultivated valuable skills thanks to their engagement in various sporting activities. The first portrait introduces Elys Lai, Sales Support Executive and free-diver, who tells us how free-diving helped unlock newfound potential and confidence.

Air Liquide has selected the winners of its 2023 Scientific Challenge, out of 119 proposals from 29 countries. Armelle Levieux, member of Air Liquide’s Executive Committee and Vice President of Innovation, and Jérôme Christin, Vice President of R&D, tell us what is at stake in this challenge and reveal the three winners of the 3rd edition of the Air Liquide Scientific Challenge with the objective to help identify and accelerate pioneering solutions to decarbonize industrial ecosystems using data and our Essential Small Molecules.

Luana Cattan may still be studying chemical engineering in university in Brazil, but she’s already planning how she will contribute to a low-carbon future once she graduates. Thanks to Air Liquide’s Summer School program, she has a better idea of the role that industrial companies are playing in reducing society’s carbon footprint – and more motivation than ever to contribute to the cause.
