Board of Directors

The composition of the Board of Air Liquide offers a complementarity of experiences, nationalities and cultures. It reflects the diversity policy defined by the Board of Directors.

Air Liquide's Executive Committee coordinates the management of the Group’s various programs and activities, with a particular focus on reviewing operational management in terms of objectives, progress and action plans, change management, HR strategy and business development.

Board Committees

The Board of Directors has established four sub-committees: the Audit and Accounts Committee, the Appointments and Governance Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Environment and Society Committee.
