Are you a student ready to jumpstart your career? Air Liquide offers many opportunities for current students and recent college graduates pursuing careers in engineering and business. Our internships and entry-level career opportunities provide real-life work experience in key operational and functional areas of the company.
Air Liquide recruits students that are pursuing a degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, electrical), Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources. Also, a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) is required.
Air Liquide has built longstanding relationships with many universities, visiting campuses many times per year to participate in job fairs and recruiting events. Air Liquide hosts information sessions and one-on-one pre-interview meetings with students.
Our interns gain valuable professional experience as they learn what it's like to work for a global corporation. Interns have opportunities to apply knowledge and skills learned in the classroom as they contribute to major projects that impact the company’s bottom line. Top performers are often offered full-time, salaried positions after they graduate. Many of our summer interns are recruited to join Air Liquide's ALLEX Program, an 18-month rotational program for college graduates. Direct-hire positions are also available for college graduates.
Internships are available in Air Liquide facilities throughout the U.S. For information about our internship program or to apply, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Air Liquide’s ALLEX program is an 18-month rotational training and development program designed to introduce recent college graduates to all facets of Air Liquide early in their careers. Over the course of the program, participants rotate to three areas of the company to develop knowledge and skills while making contacts with people at all levels. Each rotation is six months in duration and carries specific learning and performance objectives. The rotation schedule for each participant is customized based on an individual’s desired career path in operational, technical or business roles, as well as on business needs.
