You will be graduating soon and you are thinking of building a career at Air Liquide. But how do you know which part of our vast company will be the ideal place for you to develop your skills?
Gain experience, discover our culture
We have thought of an answer. We call it the ALLEX Program – that stands for Air Liquide Leading EXcellence. It’s a two-year program that gives graduate entrants a taste of working in several departments and facilities. It could allow you to learn about a whole range of aspects of our business and our corporate culture.
“ The ALLEX Program gave me first-hand experience of business realities. After that, I knew exactly what I wanted to do: a mix of in-plant operational and project management responsibilities. ”
Diane Ho , Zone Engineer with project management responsibility for the Gulf Coast Pipeline in Pasadena, Texas
The Air Liquide Foundation supports more than 250 projects around the world. Take 2 minutes of your time to discover one of them with the association The Smile of the Child working on medical transport of sick children in Greece. https://lnkd.in/dNTzfRi

How does it work?
Over a two-year period, you complete four six-month rotations. In the first year, you work in operations and in a department directly related to your field of study. Then in the second year, your rotations are customized on the basis of a potential career at Air Liquide either in operations or in technical or business functions.
ALLEX Program may slightly differ depending on the geographic area (Americas, Asia, Europe and Middle East).
