Air Liquide is participating in the Viva Technology show, which will be held May 24-May 26, 2018 in Paris, at Porte de Versailles. Present in the Hall of Tech, the Group will exhibit on its booth six projects co-developed with startups around Industry 4.0.
Industrial IoT, connected glasses, knowledge sharing platform, virtual reality safety training: in the Hall of Tech, visitors will be able to test several solutions that have been co-developed by Air Liquide in partnership with startups, and are already implemented. Air Liquide's immersive booth will enable to discover how digital technologies change the daily lives of operators in plants.
Thanks to a game developed by the Group's employees, visitors will also be able to be immersed in the heart of Industry 4.0 by supervising the production of an Air Liquide plant, with the objective of meeting customers’ satisfaction while minimizing consumption of electrical energy. During the three days of the show, numerous talks of experts from Air Liquide and its startup partners will be taking place on Air Liquide’s booth. In addition, Olivier Delabroy, VP Digital Transformation at Air Liquide, will be speaking at the VivaTech Impact Summit "Cleaning up Our mess" (May 25th, 2:35 pm - 3:30 pm). He will address the impact of digital and scientific innovation as a game-changer for the protection of our environment.
The participation of Air Liquide in this major tech event, which brings together startups and large companies, is also an illustration of the acceleration of innovation and the digital transformation of the Group, especially in regard to its open innovation strategy. Air Liquide is reinforcing its external partnerships, notably with startups, to further improve customer experience.
The event can also be experienced remotely, both via Air Liquide Group’s Twitter account and the Facebook page.
