Closing of the divestiture of Air Liquide entities in Czech Republic and Slovakia to Messer

In accordance with the agreement initially announced on January 28, 2020, Air Liquide has now closed the sale of its entities in Czech Republic and Slovakia to Messer. 

This transaction illustrates Air Liquide’s strategy to review regularly its asset portfolio and focus its expansion in key regions in order to increase its geographic density and therefore enhance performance.
