Air Liquide offers innovative and differentiating solutions - industrial gases, equipment and services - in the key Turkish industrial regions to a wide variety of customers in the Industry and Healthcare sectors.

Air Liquide in Turkey now owns and operates 5 air separation units (ASUs) for the production of liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon, and 4 cylinder filling centers in order to supply reliably all its customers across the country.

Air Liquide Turkey is strongly committed to achieving the highest level of health and safety, quality, food safety and environmental (HSEQ) performance, in compliance with Turkish and applicable international regulations.

Over the past years, Air Liquide development in Turkey was marked by many events among which :

  • 2011: Air Liquide signed a long term agreement with petrochemicals giant Socar/Petkim, related to the supply of oxygen, nitrogen and compressed air for the Aliağa site in the Izmir region.
  • 2013: the Group further expanded its activities in Turkey by investing in an oxygen and liquid nitrogen production unit and cylinder filling center located in Polatli in the Ankara region.

The combination of the two companies further increased Air Liquide’s capacity to create value for its customers. This acquisition is part of continued investments by Air Liquide in Turkey.
