Access & security

You can connect to ZSN only after your onboarding process has been completed. This process relies on two steps:

  • Your buyer will send you an email to join our onboarding webinar, containing the link to the webinar registration form.
  • You will receive an email sent by "Support@zycus.com" giving you the link to the ZSN platform where you can start your registration. If you don't find the email, check your spam.

You will be invited by Air Liquide. Please see how to enroll in the Get Started tutorial.

To create your profile, use the link received in the email sent to you by "Support@zycus.com" which contains the link of registration on ZSN. If you don't find the email, check your spam.

After clicking on the URL in the email, on the right-hand side of the screen, enter your email address and create a password, accept Zycus T&C's and click on register.

Enter the OTP you received in your mailbox, just below the message "Welcome to ZSN" and click on "Verify OTP".

Complete your profile details.

Accept "Air Liquide Terms & Conditions"

You are now ready to use Zycus Supplier Network!

Company information is not editable in ZSN. To make any change, please reach out to your Air Liquide point of contact.

You can use ZSN functionalities only once you have created your profile during the registration process.

From your ZSN account, you can add a contact and give your colleague access to the portal. They will follow the same registration process as you did.
